Mark N. Troobnick, attorney-at-law, (ACLJ - Jay Sekulow) and working in the law offices of Colby May (TBN's FCC attorney),
represented TCT (Garth Koonce) at Senate hearings, with support from TBN (Paul Crouch, Sr. attended
these hearings and lobbied congressmen, a violation of the TBN tax-exempt charter rules) in a " MUST BROADCAST" petition before the FCC arguing that the "must broadcast" rulings for commercial television stations, MUST AIR "AT
NO CHARGE" programs of community interest, including religious programming (therefore TCT, i.e. TBN). Those rules should
apply to cable companies as well.
During the course of Sylvia's lawsuit against TBN, Mark Troobnick launched an investigative attack against her, hiding
his attorney credentials. I wonder who told him to do this? You don't suppose Paul Crouch would do that do you?
