Let me introduce myself. I am Sylvia Fleener, author of the fictional novel The Omega Syndrome. I sued TBN, Paul and Jan Crouch, et al, for plagiarism on July 10, 2000. My book was the primary resource for their movies The Omega Code and
Megiddo. Also the books written by Paul Crouch and Lance Charles, published
by Western Front
Publishing owned at that time by Hal Lindsey and Cliff Ford.
These records prove beyond a shadow of
doubt their guilt of abuse using non-profit funds for
personal gain. I can be found in contempt of court for making these documents public. If this is my fate, then so be it, I will not be
coerced into silence as I was when I signed the "Settlement Required" Confidentiality Contract in 2001. My
attorney (Daniel Quisenberry) said I would not likely win my case, so I should settle. Later, when I found these documents,
I wondered WHY? I could have won my case hands down. Mr. Quisenberry had the proof in his hands and did not bring
them to bear in the case. Did they play games with my attorney also? Their depositions are filled with lies, that is perjury, and that is criminal.

ANY INVOLVED PARTY.
The
Confidentiality Contract I signed in conjunction with the settlement of my case is null and void as the pages posted here
point to illegal activities (theft, fraud, perjury, CONVERSION). Though a Confidentiality Contract requires or
demands anyone who signs one to be silent and ignore their crimes, in others words to become an accessory to those
activities.
When the Senate Judiciary Committee began investigating six televangelists this
gave a lot of people like myself HOPE. The investigators also have copies of these documents. Why haven't they done anything with
them? I wonder. It may be the upcoming elections. Senator Grassley is a Republican (not seeking re-election) and
Senator Max Baucus a Democrat although the news says they are in agreement on this investigation. I would still like to know
why the Crouches are not on the list along with these other mega rich super stars; Randy and Paula White of Without Walls International Church and Paula White Ministries of Tampa, FL, Benny Hinn of World Healing
Center Church Inc. and Benny Hinn Ministries of Grapevine, TX, David and Joyce
Meyer Ministries of Fenton, MO, Kenneth and
Gloria Copeland
of Kenneth Copeland Ministries of Newark, TX, Bishop Eddie Long of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and Bishop Eddie Long
Ministries of Lithonia, GA, Creflo and Taffi Dollar of World Changers Church International and Creflo Dollar Ministries of College Park, GA. Are they all doing Hollywood accounting (no money
left for investors, the TBN donors) like the Crouches did with the Omega Code movie (Matt gets the movie money) and books (Paul, Sr. gets the book
money)?
During my lawsuit, I was approached by numerous “good Christians” who applauded my endeavors, even stated
they would testify to what they knew first hand. However, in the end, I was
alone as those same individuals confessed they could not testify as they were afraid of repercussions as they derive some
of their support from persons sympathetic to TBN and/or major churches throughout the US who might not understand the position these witnesses would be taking.
