The unidentified, mystery ghost-writer, though he signed two declarations, and supposedly co-authored with Paul Crouch
the Omega Code book.
The circle we ran trying to find this man reminds us of the "Round Table"... Maybe Sir Lancelot would be a better name
for this ficticious character.
Defendants Paul & Jan Crouch and Western Front, Ltd. (Omega Code book publisher)
were ordered by the court to respond immediately with information concerning Lance Charles as this information is already
overdue at the court.
Lance Charles (or someone) SIGNED A DECLARATION that "he never heard of The Omega Syndrome".
This declaration was filed with the court, as an attachment to their first application for SUMMARY JUDGMENT DISMISSAL,
which motion was denied by Judge Baird.
Paul Crouch asserted in his deposition, and under penalty of perjury, that he does not know Lance Charles "real name"
and all he has is some old phone numbers.
On February 16th, Western Front, Ltd. Cliff Ford, who Paul says "printed
my book for me" furnished a "last known" names (is it really two people?) address and telephone number (disconnected).
IF YOU KNOW EITHER OF THESE PEOPLE WOULD YOU PLEASE HAVE THEM CONTACT US?

Service was attempted at that address without success. A mystery remains here. Within a couple months of his Declaration,
a writer you would suppose had a financial interest in the book project, just disappears without a forwarding address? Doesn't
keep in touch? And nobody knows him? How did he get involved in this project to start with?
Quisenberry finally got a one paragraph note from HIM (not certified) saying all he used to adapt the book was the screenplay
and the movie. He is in "default" and cannot be used at trial.
ONE THING IS FOR SURE. IF WE CAN'T FIND HIM, AND THEY WON'T BRING HIM, HE WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY.
